How do I proceed if I want something that is not available in the portfolio?

You can get in touch with us and request the design you desire; we will assist you in bringing it to life.

What are the payment options and methods?

A 40% advance payment is required for us to begin working on the requested design, and the remaining 60% must be paid on the day of product delivery.

How much advance notice do you require?

The first payment must be made at least two weeks in advance of the delivery date.

When do I make the second payment?

At the time of delivery.

Can I choose any theme I want?

Yes, you can choose any theme you desire; all designs are tailored to the customer's requirements.

What should I do if I need to cancel the order?

You must notify us immediately to discontinue work on your project. However, the advance payment is non-refundable, as it is used for raw materials and labor costs.
